We can also switch your current computer from Windows or macOS to Linux, a free and open-source operating system that runs great on older machines and is much more respectful of your privacy.

We’ll take a look and identify the cause of the problem. We explain everything in plain language and outline what fixing it would involve.
Before doing any work, we’ll give you a clear idea of what’s involved. There’s no pressure to move forward. If we think a repair isn’t worth the cost, we’ll tell you that too.
Once you approve, we carry out the repair or upgrade. When it’s done, we’ll walk you through anything you need to know.
In addition to repairs, we also offer the service of upgrading your computer to Linux. Below is an overview of what Linux is and how the process works so you can decide if it’s right for you.
It’s developed by a global community rather than a single company, most distributions have no licensing or subscription fees. We’ll help you choose the version that best fits your needs.

Haidn Computers was founded by Kai Haidn. Kai has been interested in computers since he was six years old, first by taking them apart to see how they worked, and later by learning how to fix and improve them. He’s been working with computers for most of his life.
The business began after Kai noticed that many people in town didn’t have a local, reliable person to call when their computer broke down. Haidn Computers was created to fill that need.
We explain things clearly and honestly. If a problem can’t be fixed or isn’t worth the repair cost, we’ll tell you plainly.
